Forklift Operator (Crown – Stand Up Counter Balance

Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with overtime required throughout the week and occasionally on Saturday's based on business needs.

Masis Staffing is hiring for 2nd Shift Material Handler / Forklift Operators in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent pay progression and a clear path to permanent hire with outstanding benefits. Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

Operate a stand-up counterbalance forklift
Handle incoming and outgoing materials
Palletize products and prepare shipments
Support inventory control and warehouse organization
Assist in loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements of the Forklift Operator:

High School Diploma or GED (must be provided prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience on stand-up counterbalance equipment
Experience with Crown forklifts highly preferred
Good overall job stability and history of safe operating
Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a warehouse setting
Must pass a drug screen and background check

Compensation for the Forklift Operator:

Temp: $19.00/hr
Upon Hire: Increases to $25.35/hr
Pay increases again to $25.85/hr after 30 working days as a full-time employee
