Production Associate – Injection Molding Department

Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 1:45 PM to 11:45 PM with with required overtime during the week based on business needs.

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our Injection Molding Department for a newly established evening shift. This role is essential in ensuring quality production and efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comprehensive training will be provided during the day shift to set you up for success.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

Perform detailed production tasks with a strong focus on quality and precision.
Operate machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Take pride in your work by ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
Maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities while supporting team objectives.
Promptly report any issues or deviations to supervisors.

Qualifications of the Production Associate:

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines effectively.
Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Demonstrated accountability and pride in producing high-quality work.
HSD or GED Required

Compensation of the Production Associate:

Temp Pay: 20.00/hour
Upon Hire: $20.25 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential and up to an additional $1.00 per hour bonus, for a total of up to $22.25 per hour.
