Masis Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead in Bolingbrook, IL. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse activities, assist with coordinating employee assignments, and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can guide a team, communicate effectively, maintain productivity, and lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support both employees and management.
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations and employee assignments.
Provide direction, guidance, and support to warehouse associates.
Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance.
Ensure labeling, kitting, repacking, palletizing, and stretch-wrapping projects are completed accurately.
Follow customer specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures and job responsibilities.
Monitor workflow and help resolve daily operational issues.
Communicate production updates, concerns, and staffing needs to management.
Ensure employees follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with hands-on warehouse duties when needed.
Help ensure daily production goals and deadlines are achieved.
Previous warehouse experience required.
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 lbs.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Reliable attendance and strong leadership skills.
