Responsibilities of the Afternoon Machine Operator
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for new production runs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements of the Afternoon Machine Operator
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and occasional overtime.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
