Metal Finisher

Schedule:

2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Plenty of overtime available

Job Summary:

Now hiring Metal Finishers for a growing manufacturer in Goodyear, AZ! This is a great opportunity to build a career in metal finishing. Full training provided. Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with hands-on tasks finishing stainless steel parts.

Responsibilities of the Metal Finisher:

• Use grinders, buffers, and polishers to finish stainless steel parts
• Smooth welds and surfaces to meet quality standards
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Perform visual inspections and log quality data
• May assist with machine operation and light welding

Requirements of the Metal Finisher:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year using hand/power tools
• Experience in grinding, polishing, or buffing
• Welding experience preferred
• Able to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, gauges
• Mechanically inclined and safety focused
• Must have reliable transportation (no public transit access)

Compensation for the Metal Finisher:

• $23.00/hr starting
• Increases to $25.36/hr after 30 days (upon hire)
• First-year earnings: $55,000–$60,000 with OT
