Production Workers

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and play a pivotal role in daily operations? Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team and support the 2nd shift operation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment and help achieve production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
2nd Shift:
Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)
2:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
$18/hour
Overtime and extended hours available based on production needs, including weekends.
Responsibilities as a Production Worker

  • Sort and process food products
  • Pack, box, and label items
  • Stack and load cartons
  • Work as a floater to cover breaks
  • Assist with removing casings and product preparation
  • Separate, bag, and box corn dogs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow food safety procedures (GMP / HACCP)
  • Support other departments as needed

Requirements for a Production Worker:

  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Ability to read scales and perform basic math
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push/pull carts up to 1250 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift
