2nd Shift – Wood Assembly

Are you passionate about crafting and assembling wooden components? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Wood Assemblers. This role involves constructing, assembling, and preparing wooden components for shipping containers, crates, pallets, and other custom packaging products used across various industries.
Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift – Wood Assembly
Measure, cut, and assemble wood pieces based on project specifications using saws, drills, sanders, and other hand or power tools.
Inspect materials and assembled products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet our client's standards and client specifications.
Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure the final product meets the required specifications.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Maintain all work areas clean and organized.
Requirements of the 2nd Shift – Wood Assembly
Previous experience in wood assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform precise measurements and quality checks.
Skilled in using hand and power tools for wood assembly safely and efficiently.
Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
Compensation/Benefits for the 2nd Shift – Wood Assembly
$17.00 hourly
