What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections before each shift, ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
• Apply oil or grease to specified areas to facilitate optimal operation.
• Verify the functionality of detectors and conduct preventive maintenance, including oil changes.
• Troubleshoot chain assembly equipment, understand alarm messages, and implement effective solutions.
• Operate and maintain machinery involved in roller link, chain assembly, and riveting processes.
• Adhere to work standards, maintain production schedules, and keep accurate quality control and traceability records.
• Prepare test samples for quality inspection and record production data diligently.

What You Bring:

• 8+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly or related roles and mechanical technical skills 
• Strong basic math skills to support measurement and troubleshooting tasks.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
• Attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to quality standards.
• Experience with chain assembly equipment is a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical educations experience preferred 
• Prior experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly or equipment maintenance.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay at $24.29 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, with opportunities for growth and pay advancement.
