Job Title: 3rd Shift Extrusion Operator

Location: Hooksett, NH
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Job Type: Direct Hire

A well-established wire and cable manufacturer is hiring 3rd Shift Extrusion Operators to join their production team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone with machine operation experience who is comfortable working overnight and has strong mechanical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wire and cable manufacturing or extrusion, but the company is also open to candidates with general machine operation experience who are mechanically inclined and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion equipment used in the production of wire and cable products.
• Feed materials through machinery and monitor the production process.
• Perform basic machine adjustments to keep production running properly.
• Check finished product for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate machine issues, quality concerns, or production delays to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator or production equipment experience is preferred.
• Wire and cable or extrusion experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Good mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production machinery are important.
• Must be reliable and comfortable working a 3rd shift schedule.
• Must be able to follow instructions, work safely, and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• 3rd shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Direct-hire opportunity.
