General Inspector

If so, our client is seeking a dedicated General Inspector for a 3rd shift position on a temp-to-hire basis. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving environment!
Responsibilities of the General Inspector
Work from orders, specifications, and general instructions provided by the group leader or Production Supervisor.
Record production and time data accurately and report it to Payroll.
Sort NCM materials according to specified guidelines.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, adhering to standard safety regulations.
Perform repetitive inspection and packaging of chain products using fixed gauges and visual inspection to ensure product conformity.
Conduct repetitive inspection of pins using fixed gauges and visual inspection to verify product specifications.
Feed and provide plates to bowl feeders, manage stringing machines, and ensure traceability and minimal contamination.
Requirements of the General Inspector
Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Flexibility to work 3rd shift hours.
$21.24/HR plus $1.50 shift Differential
