3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on 1st shift for several weeks)

Masis Staffing is now hiring Press Brake Operators / Sheet Metal Fabricators for a top-tier manufacturer located near Loop 303 & Indian School in Goodyear.  Responsibilities of the Sheet Metal Fabricator:

  • Set up and operate press brake and punch press machines to form sheet-metal parts to specification

  • Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to verify dimensions and tolerances

  • Inspect completed work using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

  • Deburr, buff, and grind edges to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedure

Requirements of the Sheet Metal Fabricator:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation (site is not currently accessible via public transit)
  • Proficient in shop math, including fractions, decimals, and angles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bend schedules
  • Experience with precision gauges preferred
  • Must be a fast learner and eager to grow in the fabrication trade
