Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as 3rd Shift Stackers. This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality bakery products are efficiently organized and prepared for distribution.
Responsibilities of the 3rd Shift Stackers
Stack and organize finished bakery products as they come off the production line.
Place products into trays, boxes, or containers according to company specifications.
Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging.
Keep products organized and prepared for packaging or shipping.
Maintain a steady pace to keep up with the production line.
Remove damaged or incorrectly packaged products and notify the supervisor.
Assist with packing, labeling, and other production duties as needed.
Keep the production area clean and organized.
Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements of the 3rd Shift Stackers
Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to maintain a steady work pace in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to effectively report issues to supervisors.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
