Are you a night owl with a knack for precision and craftsmanship? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in the essential role of 3rd shift Wood Cut, where you'll play a vital part in crafting shipping crates and pallets.
Responsibilities of the 3rd shift Wood Cut
Operate various table saws to cut wood for shipping crates and pallets.
Ensure accurate measurements by reading and interpreting tape measures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements of the 3rd shift Wood Cut
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately.
Comfort and familiarity with using computers for basic tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
