Position: CIP (Clean-in-Place) Operator Haverhill, MA
Job Description
As a CIP (Clean-in-Place) Operator on the 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum product quality by performing cleaning and sanitation procedures on production equipment and systems. You will follow regulatory and company standards to ensure that both the production process and equipment remain clean, sanitary, and sterile.
Responsibilities:
Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures on production equipment and systems.
Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks according to company procedures and regulatory standards.
Ensure equipment and production processes are clean, sanitary, and sterile before production.
Monitor and verify the effectiveness of cleaning processes.
Maintain accurate sanitation records and documentation.
Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other sanitation and production support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work in a sanitation and food production setting.
Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
