Job Summary:
The 5S Associate is responsible for general cleaning in the warehouse, dusting, putting cardboard boxes into the balor and operating a floor scrubber.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ability to use small tools such as box cutters.
• Lift 10-30 lbs. repetitively from the table and floor.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and twist for long periods
• Operate a floor scrubber.
• Work overtime as needed.
Job Qualifications:
• 0-1 year of experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and do basic mathematics. Understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for safety, work instructions, and policies.
• Organizing and facilitating daily workload.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
