Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable, detail oriented individuals for an AI Data Operations Project helping train the next generation of AI powered robots.
You will use a VR headset and mobile technology to complete simple tasks from home. The work involves picking up items and placing them in specific locations while your movements are recorded and reviewed to improve AI and robotics technology.
No previous AI, robotics, or VR experience required. Paid training provided.
• $17.00 per hour
• Weekly performance bonus up to $170
• Weekly pay
• 30 to 40 paid hours per week
• Paid in person training
• Work from home after training

Training is in person in Mesa, AZ and paid.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
You must attend all 3 consecutive days.
During the first several weeks, you must be prepared to complete approximately 6 hours of recording per day.
The initial goal is to produce approximately 2.5 hours of quality, usable data from your recordings. Your work will be reviewed by our Quality Control team.
As you improve your skills and become more efficient, you may be able to produce the required quality data in less recording time.
You must consistently meet quality, accuracy and production requirements to remain on the assignment.
The tasks are simple, but the work requires slow, controlled and accurate movements and may become physically tiring over several hours.
Your recording schedule is flexible, but the required daily work must be completed.

• Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods
• Able to repeatedly pick up and place light household items
• Comfortable performing slow, controlled movements
• Reliable transportation to Mesa training
• Successful background check and saliva swab drug screen
• Available for 30 to 40 paid hours per week
• Available for all 3 days of paid training
