Masis Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team located in Faribault, MN 55021. In this role, you will assemble, wire, test, and inspect electrical power equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a team environment.

Shift and Pay:
Monday-Thursday 2nd shift: 3:30pm-2am, $20 an hr 

Responsibilities:

• Understand job orders and interact with Epicor to support production activities.
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete and maintain all required production documentation, including daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, and Epicor data entry.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform quality control inspections and checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Accurately track materials used and report production and scrap quantities.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical or vocational education in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret process sheets, SOPs, and production documents.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection.
