Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for Experienced Production Assemblers to join a leading local manufacturing company in Hudson, NH. What You’ll Do

As a Production Assembler, you’ll:

  • Assemble product parts on the production line following guidelines and safety standards

  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, travelers, and bills of materials

  • Use a variety of tools and equipment (measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping machines)

  • Perform hand crimping, spot tie, continuous lacing, flat lacing, and apply heat shrink sleeving and boots

  • Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature components, solder sleeves, and bus wire splices

  • Prepare and pot assemblies, clean molds, and mix compounds using precision fixtures

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet exact standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Report discrepancies or equipment issues promptly

  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Must pass background check and drug test

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
