Forklift Driver — 1st Shift (Mon–Thu)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour
Type: Temporary (W2)

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable Forklift Driver for a warehouse team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role supports daily operations by safely moving, staging, loading, and unloading materials using powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift (sit-down and/or stand-up, based on site needs)
Load/unload shipments and move product throughout the warehouse
Stage pallets for shipping/receiving; stock and replenish inventory locations
Wrap, label, and verify materials as needed
Complete daily equipment checks and report any mechanical/safety concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety policies

Qualifications

Forklift experience required (certification is a plus; site may certify)
Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties (as required)
