Assembler – 1st Shift

We are currently hiring for an Assembler – 1st Shift position. Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to company standards
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish and/or English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as needed
• Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the work area
