Assembler – 1st Shift

We are currently hiring for an Assembler – 1st Shift position. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for a temp-to-hire role with steady hours, competitive pay, and growth potential. $16.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to company standards
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions and production guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Follow all company safety procedures
Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed

Requirements

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
Must be able to communicate in Spanish and/or English

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as needed
Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the shift
Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the work area
