We are currently hiring for Experienced Production Assemblers for a local manufacturing company based out of Hudson, NH!

1st shift opportunity, with pay range from $18-$19 an hour based on experience!

Responsibilties of Assembler:

Assembler will assemble assigned product parts on assembly line following production guidelines.
Interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material.
Utilize various tools and equipment such as measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping machines.
Assembler will perform hand crimping, spot tie, continuous lacing, and flat lacing.
Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots.
Assembler will solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature, solder sleeves, and bus wire splice.
Pot assemblies as required, clean molds, and formulate 2-part compounds using fixtures to achieve desired geometry.
Conduct spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
Assembler will report any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
Adhere to established company policies and procedures, with special attention to safety regulations.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Assembler will perform other related duties as assigned.

Assembler requirements:

Assemblers must be able to lift up to 40 lbs from the floor to chest.
Have High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
Assemblers must able to read/speak English
Be able to Pass BG/DT
Assemblers must be able to pay attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to keep track of data
Must be able to read blue prints and schematics

Compensation for Assemblers
Salary: $17-$22
Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
