Job Description — Assembler (Millwork) / Driver Helper (Northeast MD)

Location: Northeast MD (North East, MD 21901) – On-site
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $16.00/hr (W2)
Benefits: Available after 90 days
Time Off: after 1 year ,Vacation 40 hours

Overview

Masis Staffing is hiring Assembler (Millwork) / Driver Helpers in Northeast MD. You’ll assist drivers with delivering customer orders, loading/unloading and securing product, and may pilot a vehicle for oversize loads. You may also deliver orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW. No CDL required.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and secure product for deliveries (using motorized/non-motorized material handling equipment)
Assist drivers with deliveries and customer drop-offs
Pilot vehicle for oversize loads (as needed) and follow safety regulations
Inspect/maintain delivery vehicles to support safety compliance
Meet productivity goals and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
1+ year related experience (or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license
Good communication + customer service
Basic math/measurement; ability to read routes/signs
English/Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements

Lift/carry up to 100 lbs frequently; up to 200 lbs with assistance
May require climbing, lifting, pushing, kneeling; able to get in/out of vehicle cab
