Masis Staffing is Hiring Assembly Workers – Start ASAP!

Masis Staffing is seeking motivated Assembly Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and have reliable transportation.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
  • Must be available to work two weekends per month
  • Overtime may be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment used in the assembly of solar panels.
  • Handle raw materials and components to support production lines.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure panels meet quality and safety standards.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Accurately record production data and maintain required documentation.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
  • Solar industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
