Masis Staffing is looking for assembly workers to start ASAP. Candidates must be open to an in-person interview and have reliable transportation.
Shift: Must be available to work two weekends per month and 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities for Assemblers
• Operate and monitor production equipment used in the assembly of solar panels.
• Handle raw materials and components to feed production lines.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure panels meet quality and safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Accurately record production data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications for Assemblers
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a production setting preferred (solar industry experience is a plus).
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
• Background check required for this position.
