Location: Whitinsville, MA Pay: $19.00+ per hour (DOE) Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday – Friday

Assemble parts and components following written instructions
Use basic hand tools and equipment
Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and quality
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Learn new skills and support continuous improvement efforts
No prior assembly experience required
Positive, coachable attitude
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
Comfortable working with your hands and using tools
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team (Required)
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Training provided
