Responsibilities of the Assembly /Cell

  • Collaborate closely with coworkers, supervisors, and managers to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Conduct assembly of final products according to specifications and quality standards.

  • Identify and troubleshoot product failures or technical issues during assembly.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

  • Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes.
     

Requirements of the Assembly /Cell

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for assembly tasks.

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Good attendance record and punctuality.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.

  • Familiarity with footswitches or similar electronic components.

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Training or certification in relevant technical skills or safety procedures.
     

Compensation/Benefits for the Assembly /Cell

  • $17 + DOE per hour
