Assembler / Manufacturing Associate
Woodstock, CT
$17–$18 per hour
Full-Time – Mon to Fri -Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Day Shift: 7a – 3:30p or
Night Shift: 3:30p – 12a
Masis Staffing is hiring Assemblers / Production Associates / Manufacturing Technicians for a growing client in the Woodstock area. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level manufacturing jobs, assembly jobs near Woodstock, or experienced production and electronics assembly positions.
Responsibilities as Assemblers / Production Associates / Manufacturing

Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of finished products according to specifications
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality control standards
Troubleshoot and identify product failures or technical issues during assembly
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems
Maintain workflow efficiency by collaborating with team members and supervisors
Ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and attention to detail throughout production
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements as Assemblers / Production Associates / Manufacturing

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles preferred
Experience with electronic components, footswitches, or small part assembly a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Training or certification in technical or safety procedures is a plus
