Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Packer Associate to join their team and ensure the efficient assembly and packaging of kits. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality and accuracy that our client is known for.
Responsibilities of the Packer Associate
Assemble kits accurately and efficiently in the kitting area.
Package completed kits into boxes for shipment.
Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with our client’s team to meet daily production targets.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all kits meet client specifications.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements of the Packer Associate
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Willingness to adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
