Assembly – TMS area

“Are you ready to contribute to the efficiency and success of warehouse operations within a clean room environment?” Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling medical components and devices in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities for the Assembler:

Perform precision assembly tasks, including but not limited to part handling, bonding, and inspection, as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production specifications.
Ensure all parts meet company standards for cleanliness, accuracy, and quality.
Operate and maintain cleanroom machinery and tools as required.
Follow all cleanroom protocols to maintain sterility, including proper gowning, gloving, and adherence to environmental controls.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements for cleanroom operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with Trelleborg’s safety and environmental policies.

Requirements for the Assembler:

Experience in cleanroom manufacturing or medical device assembly preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a sterile environment.
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict procedures.

Compensation for the Assembler:

$18.00 hourly
Monday to Friday / 6am to 2:30pm (OT provided weekly)
