Responsibilities of the Bakery Production
Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
Follow recipes and production schedules to produce a variety of baked goods.
Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements of the Bakery Production
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
