Masis Professional Group has partnered with a Local Law Firm in Fort Wayne, IN and is seeking a Banking and Finance Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation to financial institutions, creditors, and other clients in matters related to banking, finance, and bankruptcy.
Draft and review loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents.
Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other legal proceedings.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.
Strong knowledge of U.S. banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
