Pay & Shift Options

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | $19.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | $20.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $21.00/hr

Job Summary

As a Batch Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing wax compounds while maintaining production quality, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Follow batch sheets, formulas, and standard operating procedures accurately
  • Measure and prepare materials for production
  • Mix and combine components in tanks to support production lines
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records
  • Track fragrances and other raw materials used during production
  • Work closely with supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous chemical compounding, batching, mixing, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written instructions and formulas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
