Masis Staffing has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Forklift Operator to start ASAP. Ideal candidates must meet the requirements below.
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
Loading and unloading
This is a very early shift position; candidates must have flexible availability
Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory, and a valid certificate is required
Site cleaning
Parking control
Cargo organization
Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Observe all safety guidelines and report any concerns to management
Be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends
Requirements for the Forklift Operator:
Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
Fully bilingual
Physically capable of manual labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching
work hours 4:30 am to 1:30 pm
Experience in production, sorting, shipping, and receiving is required, along with forklift experience
Able to work 10–12-hour shifts (standing)
Reliable and punctual
Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Compensation / Benefits:
$17.00 per hour – weekly pay
