Masis Professional Group is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a bilingual ProductionSupervisor in Leominster MA.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prefers a condensed 3-4 day work week.

This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can supervise production employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and keep operations running smoothly during overnight production hours.

Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience + excellent benefits

Schedule:  Sun-Tues 7am-7pm, Wed 7am-1pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production employees and temporary staff during overnight operations
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and machine performance
• Assign work and coordinate staffing based on production needs
• Troubleshoot production and workflow issues in real time
• Enforce safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
• Conduct shift hand-offs and communicate updates with management
• Support employee training, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with production schedules, staffing coordination, and safety standards
