Masis Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized inventory. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.

Schedule:

Sunday thru Thursday 6am-2:30pm
Monday thru Saturday 6am-2:30pm

Pay rate:

$17 an hour

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers in both languages.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills (for inventory and shipping systems).
