Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Associate to become a vital part of our warehouse operations. If you are bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Scheduled Shift: 2nd Shift
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 3pm-12am

Key Responsibilities:

Material Receiving & Inventory: Load, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials. Accurately update inventory records and organize products throughout the warehouse.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to load trucks.
Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support regular housekeeping tasks and proper storage practices.
Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues. Assist in maintaining quality standards throughout warehouse processes.
Support Staff & Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with various tasks such as picking, packing, and restocking as needed.
Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and best practices in all warehouse operations to protect yourself and coworkers.
Additional Duties: Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned to support company operations.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify orders, check inventory, and maintain accuracy.
Team-Oriented: Good communication, collaboration skills, and a positive attitude.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to safety and quality standards.

Payrate: $17/hr
