Responsibilities of the Cable Assembly

Crimp and build cables using high-reliability connectors.
Perform wire stripping, soldering, and back potting with precision.
Utilize hand crimping and soldering techniques effectively.
Operate automated wire cutting and stripping equipment.
Adhere to IPC A620 standards for cable assembly.
Maintain a high level of detail and organization in all tasks.
Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Requirements of the Cable Assembly

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with hand crimping and soldering processes.
Experience with automated wire cutting and stripping machinery.
Knowledge of IPC A620 standards is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Compensation/Benefits for the Cable Assembly

Pay rate:$ 17-$20
