Masis Staffing is HIRING Lab Technicians in New Albany, OH!

Want to work in a clean, unique lab environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a reputable company in New Albany!

Pay & Schedule

1st shift- Monday-Friday
7:00am-3:00pm
$17.50/hr
Temp-to-Hire
Overtime may be required

Lab Technician Responsibilities

Produce and test samples according to customer specifications.
Mix colors and match samples to specified Pantone colors.
Read work orders and accurately measure materials.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow production schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Communicate quality or production issues to the Lab Supervisor.
Assist with other lab duties as needed.

Requirements

6+ months of relevant technical training or work experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good math and measurement skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a good eye for color and be able to pass the Munsell Color Test.
