Chiropractic Assistant

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting a growing wellness practice in Sanford, ME with the search for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a healthcare setting and helping patients achieve their wellness goals.

Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-6:30 PM
Location: Sanford, ME
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support the clinical and administrative operations of a busy chiropractic office. This role combines patient care assistance with front desk and reception responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both direct patient interaction and administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient therapies and treatments
• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Perform front desk and reception duties
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
• Promote a positive and professional patient experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• State of Maine Chiropractic Assistant License preferred, but not required
