Job Summary

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday every other Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleanroom Production Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for saturating, packaging, and inspecting knitted wipers used in cleanrooms for the medical, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. You will ensure strict quality standards are met and follow cleanroom protocols at all times.

This position also involves leadership responsibilities, such as assigning team members to workstations, adjusting workflows, and ensuring production targets are achieved under the guidance of the production supervisor.

Responsibilities of a Cleanroom Production Associate:

• Complete production tasks, including saturating, labeling, packaging, and inspecting wipers in the cleanroom.
• Accurately document production details, including lot numbers and equipment calibration information.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
• Monitor equipment functionality, report maintenance issues, and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Assist in improving cleanroom procedures and workflows.
• Assign tasks to team members, adjust staffing based on performance and workflow, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Pull and stage production orders while keeping workspaces clean and organized.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications of a Cleanroom Production Associate::

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ability to wear required cleanroom attire.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must have steel toes.
