Client Service Associate Position Overview: Client Service Associate needed to join our Commingled Funds Client Service team. This role supports 35+Commingled Funds and Collective Investment Trusts (CITs). This role is best suited for a dedicated, detail-oriented, organized individual who knows and loves the financial industry Responsibilities:
Track and maintain client information, facilitate account openings, transitions, restructurings, closings and cash flows for commingled fund and participants
Communicate effectively with internal parties (e.g. Compliance, Corporate, Portfolio Construction) and external parties (investors, consultants, fund administrator, custodian); Run regular calls with service providers
Coordinate fund documentation for commingled funds
Special projects including technological advances to existing proprietary systems
Improve existing workflow procedures
Expereince:
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
2-4 years of Client Service or Operations experience in a similar environment
Solution oriented mindset with an eye towards process improvement and automation
Team player; Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong business judgment; Flexible and able to adapt to situations
