CNC Machine Operator/Machine Operator

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st shift CNC Machine Operator to become an integral part of their team.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
Operate CNC machines, loading material, monitoring operation, and taking measurements to ensure quality production.
Follow and maintain quality assurance procedures; perform in-process quality audits.
Troubleshoot machining processes, adjust and reprogram controls, and replace worn tools as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.
Requirements of the Machine Operator
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong math skills (decimals, conversions, basic algebra, and geometry).
Proficiency using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators).
Proven reliability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator $17 to $20 DOE
