Responsibilities of the Coating Operator
Operate and set up coating machines, ensuring efficient adhesive feeding via reservoir.
Monitor machine and equipment operations to identify and address defects.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize forklifts or hand trucks to transport pallets with drums and/or rolls.
Assist in production as a material handler, managing the loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
Requirements of the Coating Operator
Ability to operate coating machines and perform equipment maintenance.
Proficiency in using forklifts and hand trucks for material handling.
Capability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks.
Experience in reading process orders and following verbal instructions.
