Do you have the ability to work in COLD STORAGE, BELOW FREEZING, fast paced environment?  Do you have at least 2 years of experience operation a REACH TRUCK?   If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you!  We are currently seeking Reach Truck Operators fill full time positions for 2nd shift with a company in North Charleston, SC.

Position Summary
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a cold storage warehouse environment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Safely stack and store materials in high-rack storage areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Follow all safety procedures, especially in refrigerated/freezer environments
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to meet productivity and shipping deadlines

Job Qualifications:

• Previous reach truck or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer conditions)
• Basic math and reading skills for order picking and inventory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 5:30PM – 1:30AM

Compensation:

• Salary: Starting at $20.00/hr

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

  WORKING ENVIRONMENT
   

• Cold storage warehouse environment (temperatures may be below freezing)
• Fast-paced, physically active work setting
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
