Construction Assemblers (Culpeper, VA)

We Offer:

4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
Starting pay: $16/hour (DOE)
Monthly bonuses up to $300 (earn up to ~$20/hour total)
Overtime available (time-and-a-half pay)
Paid holidays and benefits package
PPE reimbursement

What We Need:
This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

No Experience Necessary, 1+ years carpentry preferred
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Reliable, safety-focused, team player
Basic hand tools required

Required PPE & Tools

Steel toe boots
25 ft tape measure
20 oz upright claw hammer

Shifts:

5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
