We Offer

4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
Starting pay: $16-$18
Monthly bonuses up to $300
Referral Bonus – $400.00
Overtime available (time-and-a-half pay)
Paid holidays and benefits package
PPE reimbursement

What We Need
This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

1+ years carpentry preferred
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Reliable, safety-focused, team player
Basic hand tools required

Required PPE

Steel toe boots
25 ft tape measure
20 oz upright claw hammer

Shifts

1st Shift 5:00 AM
2nd Shift 3:30 PM
