NOW HIRING – CONSTRUCTION/ ASSEMBLERS

Location: Plant City, FL
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Overtime: Plenty of Overtime Available

Are you experienced in construction, framing, carpentry, drywall, roofing, or woodworking? We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing team building wall panels and framing systems from the ground up.

This is a hands-on framing position where associates are responsible for the entire process—from measuring and cutting lumber to assembling completed wall frames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements and calculations
  • Measure, mark, and cut lumber using saws and other power tools
  • Build interior and exterior wall framing components from scratch
  • Assemble wall panels according to specifications and quality standards
  • Identify different types, grades, and sizes of lumber
  • Identify framing components including studs, headers, plates, trusses, blocking, braces, and supports
  • Operate power saws, pneumatic nail guns, drills, and hand tools safely
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain production goals while following safety procedures
  • Assist with material handling, staging, and organization of lumber and framing materials
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in framing, carpentry, construction, drywall, roofing, remodeling, or woodworking preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Experience using saws and power tools
  • Basic blueprint reading experience preferred
  • Ability to identify different lumber products and framing materials
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
