Key Responsibilities Project Manager:

Manage all aspects of multiple residential construction and remodeling projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Oversee site supervisors, lead carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and design intent.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship quality.
Manage project budgets, review invoices, and handle change orders and cost tracking.
Anticipate and resolve potential issues, conflicts, or delays proactively.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications for Project Manager:

7-10 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on high-end or custom home projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
$100,000-110,000, full benefits available
