Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from design development through close-out.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

  • Lead project meetings and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain workflow, safety, and quality standards.

  • Promote sustainable and innovative building practices wherever possible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects.

  • Proven experience with custom homes, renovations, or luxury builds preferred.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the Boston area.
  • Compensation: $45-50 an hour, full benefits package
