Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects from design development through close-out.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Lead project meetings and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Resolve issues promptly to maintain workflow, safety, and quality standards.
Promote sustainable and innovative building practices wherever possible.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects.
Proven experience with custom homes, renovations, or luxury builds preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus.
