Masis Staffing Solutions is currently looking for candidates to fill our Team Crew Member positions for a valued client with locations in Millbury, Foxborough, Attleboro, and Hudson, MA. Known for their freshly baked, gourmet cookies and an ever-changing menu of exciting flavors, this client is dedicated to providing customers with an exceptional and memorable experience.
Job Responsibilities for a Team Crew Member:

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and decorating of cookies following recipes and standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide friendly service when interacting at the front counter.
• Package cookies and assist with restocking and maintaining product displays.
• Work with the team to ensure customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Qualifications for a Team Crew Member:

• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation/Benefits for a Team Crew Member:
Pay Rate: Starting out at $15 DOE
