Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
Greet customers and assist with inquiries, payments, and product information
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
Support our client's sales and delivery teams as needed
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Help maintain a clean, organized showroom
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Basic computer and data entry skills
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including some weekends
